• You agree not to upload any material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

3. Orders and Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Payment is required at the time of order placement through our payment gateway, Razorpay.
• By placing an order, you agree to the price calculated by our system based on the page count and your selected options.

4. Service and Quality

We strive to provide high-quality printing services. However, the final output quality may depend on the quality of the source file you provide. We are not responsible for errors in the source file, such as typos, low-resolution images, or formatting issues.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GPS Prints be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the jurisdiction of courts in Bhagalpur, Bihar.
